At TIGC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your TIGC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, resaleable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
